Very cool clip. I have front squated for many years but have been trying to sit back with concern for "keeping knees behind toes" (also Pavel), but now know hwy my weighted front squats have felt so unbalanced and inefficient. I'm anxious to create that power base and try some thrusters. Thanks, Dave Parsons
Yeah - whenever you say "flare your knees" in class, I always wonder about the various information I read about keeping the knees behind the toes. Is that BS?
My groin has been closed for so long, I finally see the error of my ways.
seriously, great tip, and even better coaching cues. I'm always trying to build the mental library of cues. You never know which one is gonna get through.
Oh, and stop showing off with the TGU. We want to see the 350# Rolling Thunder Deadlift.

Andy

Also - I love the end with the Turkish Get-up!

I'm glad this helped...thanks for the great feedback, good to have your input.

Jerry
Those were just the visual cues I needed!

I had to come back and revisit this clip. Thrusters have been killing me lately...they used to be fun. :(
